Balanced Trio^TM consists of the three complementary multivitamin formulas: Morning, Mid-day and Evening.
Three formulas together contain all the essential daily micronutrients: vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fish oil, CoQ10, Cal/Mag, and herb/fruit blend of antioxidants.

Micronutrients are divided into specific formulas based on the following factors:
— synergy between the ingredients in the formula
— best time of day to take particular micronutrients
— positive/negative interactions with foods normally consumed at this time of day
